18th November 2017, Brighton, UK
Maximize Your Time & Mercuri International UK were delighted to host ‘A Night in Disguise’ Charity Ball, in aid of Rockinghorse and the British Heart Foundation.
The Ball was held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton last week (Friday 19 November), with over 150 guests in attendance. Through an auction, raffle and games on the evening, an impressive £10,000 was raised, to be split between the two charities.
“Rockinghorse and the British Heart Foundation are amazing charities and to be able to raise money for them, while enjoying a fabulous evening, is a great honour.” Janine Lancaster, MYT
“We all had a fantastic evening and the feedback has been exceptional. We would like to thank all of our guests, all the organisations and individuals who supported us with raffle and auction prizes, our band Kalabash and everyone at The Grand Hotel in Brighton who helped make it such a memorable evening in honour of our much loved colleague Trevor. The money raised will go to support two fantastic charities.” Barry Hilton, Managing Director of Mercuri International UK.
The event was held in honour of Trevor Meadway, who worked as a consultant for Mercuri International and died suddenly from coronary heart disease at the age of 53. The evening began with an introduction from Barry, and was followed by a three-course dinner and a wide variety of entertainment throughout the evening. The raffle and auction offered guests opportunities to win an array of fantastic prizes, including sports events, a five-star luxury weekend, a team building sailing experience and a signed cricket bat by the 2016 England Cricket team.
